Statements before the Inquiry in Phase One

The timetable below identifies the order in which the witnesses for Phase One were called and provides a copy of their Inquiry statement, and where applicable, supplementary statements and any additional questions answered in writing.

Witnesses were either asked to attend (Called), their Inquiry statement was read out by Inquiry Junior Counsel, or their statement was “taken as read” (which means that the statement is to form part of the Inquiry record but the witness has not been asked to provide oral evidence to the Inquiry and their statement has not been read out during the course of the Inquiry).
