The Inquiry will post information regarding the timetables
for oral hearings on this section of the website.
The Inquiry intends to publish the witness schedule for the forthcoming week of oral
hearings, indicates the dates on which witnesses shall be giving their evidence.
Preliminary Hearing - 25 February 2008, High Court, Saltmarket, Glasgow
Further Premliminary Hearing - 8 April 2008, Hight Court, Saltmarket, Glasgow
Phase One - 2 to 22 July 2008, Community Central Hall, Maryhill
Phase Two - scheduled to commence on 21 October 2008. The inquiry will post information regarding the timetable for Phase Two on this section of the website
